Students worked on individual animation projects after adopting animation processes through a variety of animation exercises in the first week. The second week of personal projects was a way for students to have more autonomy. They came up with their own ideas or interests. Part of my role was to project manage while instructing. We ideated, then discussed the scope, scale, and overall planning. Process is, of course, great. But so is getting things done and delivering!
